2. Finigenie is a technology platform, not a financial institution

• Finigenie is a technology platform. Unless expressly stated and licensed under applicable law, Finigenie is not a bank, NBFC, lender, insurer, payment system operator, exchange, or other licensed financial institution.
• We do not hold customer funds in our own name. Banking, card issuance, lending, deposit, escrow, settlement, and payment-processing services are provided by our regulated partner banks, NBFCs, payment institutions, networks, and licensed service providers.
• Information available through the Services (including dashboards, ROI calculators, cash-flow estimates, and AI-generated insights) is for general informational and operational support only and is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.
• You should obtain independent professional advice before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.

3. India — regulatory framing

• Payment and collection services for users in India are facilitated through partnerships with banks regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”), NBFCs, and licensed payment aggregators or payment system operators.
• Where the Services involve UPI, BBPS, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or card-network rails, those rails are operated by the respective network or scheme operator (such as NPCI), and use of those rails is subject to their rules and to applicable RBI directions.
• Loan products are offered solely by our partner lending institutions. Finigenie acts as a technology aggregator and facilitator only; we are not the lender and do not bear any responsibility for loan agreements, repayment, interest, or pre-closure terms.
• All loan agreements facilitated through Finigenie's partners are subject to applicable laws and to the underwriting, eligibility, and KYC standards of the relevant partner.

4. UAE — regulatory framing

• Services in the UAE are offered through licensed partners in compliance with applicable Central Bank of the UAE (“CBUAE”) regulations and other relevant UAE laws.
• Where the Services enable settlement using virtual assets or stablecoins (for example, USDC), those features are delivered via third-party providers licensed by the relevant authority, including the UAE Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (“VARA”), where applicable. Finigenie does not itself issue, custody, or trade virtual assets.
• Use of virtual-asset features involves risks, including price volatility, transmission delays, and regulatory change. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any virtual-asset feature complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Cross-border collections, FX, and settlement

• Cross-border collection, foreign-exchange, and settlement features are delivered through regulated third-party providers.
• Indicative exchange rates, fee estimates, and settlement timelines (including “locked FX” and “settlement in hours”) reflect typical performance for supported corridors. Actual rates, fees, and timelines may vary based on corridor, partner-bank cut-offs, intermediary banks, sanctions screening, and regulatory holidays, and may change without prior notice.
• Statistics such as “$2.4B+ trade processed”, “4hrs avg settlement”, “14 currencies”, and “99.97% uptime SLA” are aggregate historical figures and are not a guarantee of future performance for any individual transaction or account.

6. AI-powered features and AI-generated outputs

• Features such as AI Statement Analysis, AI Agents, anomaly flagging, and CO₂-score generation use machine-learning models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date results.
• AI-generated outputs are intended to assist, not replace, professional judgement. They should not be used as the sole basis for material financial, tax, legal, or operational decisions.
• Finigenie does not guarantee that AI outputs are free from errors or omissions, and accepts no responsibility for decisions taken solely in reliance on them.

7. ROI calculator, examples, and projections

• Any ROI calculator, savings estimator, payback calculator, or similar tool we provide produces illustrative estimates only, based on assumptions you select.
• Estimates are not a forecast, guarantee, or promise of results. Actual results depend on your business model, transaction mix, partner-bank pricing, and other factors outside our control.

• Cashbacks, rewards, fee waivers, and other promotional benefits are not guaranteed on every transaction.
• Eligibility is subject to specific transactional and partner-bank rules communicated to you at the time of the offer.
